I am not confirmed by JAK2 yet. I see the oncologist for the first time this week.y most prevalent and bothersome symptoms are severe fatigue and am almost constant headache. I wake up with it at night, in the morning. I may have an hour or two a day without a headache. I am way o rising Tylenol I am sure. I’m interested to see the responses you get to your question.
