I Have A Jak2/ET Diagnosis From My Bloodwork Done By My Oncologist Is There Any Info To Be Gained By Bone Marrow Biopsy? BMB Advice?

Blood platelets are not real high (in the 500’s) just take low dose aspirin but blood platelets went up by 50 last lab Everything else okay.
Diagnosis in May of 2024, but had high platelets since 2019.
GP just sent me to oncologist in May of this year

ET JAK2…am on hydra 500 for a year and platelets are good 300.
Signs of iron deficiency..nails bending on blood test am at lowest in ok range..so expect my next visit to hematologist will recommend a supplement if some sort.

On 500 mg 5 times per week. Shoulder ache occurs in the early hrs of morning at 1 am. daily. I take Hydroxyurea at about 9a.m. every morning 5 times a week . Also On Aspirin 100 mg 7 times a week. Is my aspirin inadequate ?
