Has Anyone With ET Had Their Platelets Drop Too Low On Hydrea

I have been taking between 3 and 4 Hydrea a day for my ET going on 11 years now.
My platelet count has not gone below 500. It is now creeping back up to almost 999.
Just had a BNB and get the results tomorrow. Dr. thinks I may need to switch to Interferon.
Not yet. I have been on Hydrea for a year and my platelets are just about where they should be now. I take two Hydrea's each day.
But I am almost not taking it. Every third day now. My reds are starting to rise so I am worried there is something else. Had BMB today so fingers crossed
Yes but they just adjusted my dosage of Hydrea and it came back up
