I've been taking Hydroxy Urea for over 10 years. 2,000 mg a day with no hair loss but my skin has some bad issues. Not sure if that's related or not.

Yes most definitely I'm not sure if it was from the Interferon or the Hydroxy Urea.

My doctors said I shouldn't lose my hair, if so, maybe a small amount and I went from having a head full of healthy nice hair, my head keeps itching and my hair is still falling out and thinned out so bad, I very mad at this doctor, everything I asked about Hydroxy, side effects, his answer was " he didn't think that was a side effect"! I am mad and upset and don't know what to do about the hair loss, will it grow back, what can be done, I stopped the Hydroxy medication on May 26.2023
