I’ve had ringing ears for years, but just diagnosed with PV this past year. The ringing does seem to be louder however.

Yes…I have found that the higher my HCT, the worse it gets. Lowering the hematocrit and staying hydrated helps. It is very annoying, I know!

I have had ear ringing for over five years when my doctor thinks I started ET and PV. They weren't diagnosed until 2022. I haven't found anything to get rid of the ringing.

Thanks for information. I've tried ear ringing pills and drops. They help a little. Some relief. Wasn't worth the costs.
