I've Had ET Since 2022. Doing Good On Hydroxyurea. I Have Torn A Tendon In My Shoulder. Has Anyone Had What Is Called PRP Injection?
I can't help with info regarding torn tendon but glad to hear that Hydroxyurea meds are working. But please be aware that large doses of Hydroxyurea can lead to serious side effects, especially ankle sores that require significant treatment to heal. I was taking 3 -500 mg of Hydrox per day and have had serious side effects. I took this med for years with increased dosage.
