I am only doing phlebotomy, 10 years now, PV and JAK 2 positive. Got to skip the last 2 months as my HCT was under 45 again. Also baby aspirin.

Hi TG at first I had a few blood lets then it got less and less until it stopped all together with Besremi.
Can’t remember exactly as I have been on it for 2 years recently and in 2019 I started the clinical trial and responded well also.
If you feel the need for a pleboctomy your numbers could be high so get them checked.
I usually know when they are high as I don’t feel that great might get a headache etc.
There is no reason why you can have a small pleboctomy and continue with Besremi if it makes you feel better 😊
Best of luck Jutka
