Hi, I Was Diagnosed With Primary PV, Jak2 Negative With A Low EPO. I Lost My Oncologist 3 Years Ago To Retirement, No Hematologist
I have had a bmb done & it had not fibrosed? My blood work has many low counts of rbc’s coming out on smear? Just wonder what it all means. Platelets are good, wbc occasionally get high.
