Hey WR!! As far as I know, the Jak meds work on shrinking the spleen/and or liver when it’s related to (caused by) an MPN. 🤷‍♀️

I had slight splenomegaly upon diagnosis, but that resolved once I was on hydroxyurea. A follow up CT of the Abdomen to check on spleen and liver showed slight hepatomegaly. Basically no symptoms, however. Dx with MF in 2021.

Thanks Nick but late stage fibrotic grade 4 PMF patients are not a good candidate for that line of treatment. At times, Pre fibrotic Myelofibrosis patients will respond but it is all according to each individual diagnosis.
Kind regards.
