My WBC count was always 11+ and PLT 550+. Yesterday, my WBC count was 6.7 and PLT 365. I checked and rechecked and I even switched to another lab - and got almost identical results! I have never experienced any symptoms other than gout and it disappeared spontaneously years ago! I stopped seeing my hematologist during the Covid hysteria and I don't know whether I should call her again now? Any similar experiences? I would really appreciate your educated inputs. I have never heard of anyone being cured of an MPN, tho there can be periods of remission and also transform to something else over time. If you haven’t seen your hematologist in years, I would schedule a checkup with them, have them review your labs, etc., and go from there. Let us know here what you find out, and good luck.
