Whoa that is interesting, I used to use collagen powder in my am coffee but stopped due to cost. I never really noticed a difference in my labs when I was though. I too would like to know more about this.

I take collagen daily and my MPN specialist said its fine. Collagen is in many things so we are consuming it anyways. Ask your doctor but honestly unless you are excessive like taking cups upon cups, a teaspoon shouldn't matter. Best to ask your doctor though, as he knows you best.
