Gatorade is a bottle of artificial garbage. Go on Amazon and buy powdered electrolytes w/o anything artificial.
I had a grocery list of symptoms until I changed my diet and switched to Interferon.

I drink more than 64 oz. of water daily which has helped my platelet count. Also, being on Pegasys has helped in lowering my platelets count and feeling normal again!

I highly recommend Pegasys Interferon. It has personally shown to make me, and others, to feel normal again.

Hi Jim, I have ET too (9 years), and about two months ago felt intermittently lightheaded, short of breath, and then had a cramping calf in one leg. Turned out to be a blood clot (deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism). So maybe see a doctor.

I didn’t know they made powdered electrolytes! I’ll order it - thanks, Nick. I don’t even like the taste of Gatorade / Powerade.

I’m so happy we have knowledgeable people in our group.
