Good Morning Everyone! Does Anyone With ET Have Head Pressure, Eye Pressure And Dizziness Along With Memory Loss? Thanks.
I think they come from not enough water. Foot cramping is definitely an issue for me so I make sure I get enough water!
Hi again, I never saw your first remark. So yes, my doctors all know and it is being investigated. I just found a new neurologist and she is good. I am trying some medication that reduces inter-cranial fluid. Its too early to say, pill two, lol, but last night my ear ringing stopped for a few hours. So its doing something. I have daily headaches, I actually have medical cannabis for that. It works extremely well and its low THC, so it targets the pain receptors in your body and works like a charm. I highly recommend it. I have not had one ibuprofen since May. It helps relax you so less anxiety, stress too. The eyes are an issue and a concern for obvious reasons. If it is inter-cranial hypertension that is causing it, then this pill should make a difference. I did read that polycythemia vera can cause this, but I have ET. Isn't that interesting.
Hi - that’s good to know. I take dispersible aspirin and after eating and haven’t had any stomach issues either, but I’m thinking about timing/s of the day for effectiveness and if it makes a difference. So far I’m finding not that much difference experimenting on different times.
Hi - I get these symptoms as well from time to time, each at different times usually. Typically when I am walking I don’t have them and mostly seem to come on when I am sitting for too long. Still working on the timing of the aspirin to see when is best for me.
I have had severe headaches at times especially in the R eye radiating to the back of the skull- this concerned me as I have had thrombosis - dizziness, yes, as for memory loss - I am not sure whether this can be stress related but probably warrants being checked out. I am sorry you are experiencing this- have you ever had clots and may I ask if you are on any medication? I would definitely inform your haematologist and I hope you are feeling better soon. This disease does appear to have peaks and troughs.Take care, Chris.x
