Is Shoulder Ache Due To PV Or Side Effect Of Hydroxyurea? Can Changing Timing Of Medicine Fr Morning To Afternoon Help?

On 500 mg 5 times per week. Shoulder ache occurs in the early hrs of morning at 1 am. daily. I take Hydroxyurea at about 9a.m. every morning 5 times a week . Also On Aspirin 100 mg 7 times a week. Is my aspirin inadequate ?
