I found myself very tired when I started HU back in late May. I switched taking it in the AM to PM. That resolved it quite well. I take 500 mg once a day.

PV, Iron deficiency, and HU made me so tired! I would make it through lunch, but totally ran out of energy by 2 P. I have been on Besremi for 7 months and I am starting to have more energy.

Yep, I think fatigue is a common denominator here.

My latest hematologist/oncologist says that fatigue is caused by ET. He added baby aspirin (I’m already taking hydrea) and said he thought it would help with fatigue as well as brain fog and night sweats. I started taking it about four days ago and do feel more energetic. My best to you.

Thanks Suzanne, I saw my haematologist today and he’s reduced my dose down to 500mg once a day. I was wondering when to take it, so I’ll take it at nighttime like you! Many thanks - such a helpful answer!
