Polycythemia Rubra Vera

Hi can anyone tell me about meat is it safe to eat lean of course, also i just found out last week my diagnosis has changed it has advanced to polycythemia rubra vera, there is 1 video on utube with this disease and on google hardly any, can anyone enlighten me ty.

Hi Alan I was told I had PRV just before my 48th birthday, I'm 67 now and last year it further mutated to myelofibrosis. I very much a normal life until then regards of diet but in the last year there has been changes that have impacted on my general health and my heart is an issue as a result of, it really does take some getting used to but the reality of it is, it is what it is and enjoying what life can offer. Keep smiling 😃
