Some dizziness is considered normal for symptoms. When it is excessive, then it should be investigated. My specialist said for all the patients he has about 1% have micro vascular issues and this causes the dizziness. Its all about blood flow and how thick the blood is. I have to take 100mg aspirin 2x a day to help with this.

Dizziness is a MPN symptom that some experience. It is related to problems with blood flow caused by the MPN or in some cases due to anemia.
