Sage tea is herbal. No caffeine.

Im not sure if this would help you but I drank sage tea. Its actually really good for menopause but I found it stopped my night sweats completely as long as I had a cup or two every day. All the best to you!

I absolutely have to wear cotton long pj bottoms as my legs get quite hot and irritable if I don’t. I also have the ceiling fan on… although it’s on the low setting because my husband gets chilled if it’s on higher.

Happy to hear that worked for you. I can’t drink tea because of the caffeine. Only decaf drinks of any kind. I get restless leg syndrome from caffeine!!!

Carefully chose pajamas, bed linens, towels, and anything you wear!
