I Have Been Using Jakafi For A Few Months. I Don't Like The Anemia Associated With It. Does This Side Effect Go Away At Some Point?

Anemia is, in my understanding, a common issue with Jakafi. There are drugs like Danazol that can help increase red cell production. It would be worth discussing alternatives with your doctor.
