I once had MedAlert bracelet inscribed with all of my allergies. I think that with today’s technology, you upload your Medical History to whatever company you choose. They list a link on your bracelet for an EMT or other medical providers to just pull up to get all your history.

My daughter has bugged me to get one, but how do I list all my medical issues in a small area?💕

Thanking all for replies. I do take Hydroxy. I viewed the options and we are "like" thinking :)

That’s a real enigma sometimes that I find in many registration forms even in a new medical appointment. They have you fill out in tiny sections that don’t allow for fine-tuning our MPN diseases most of the time, and I feel frustrated in trying to squeeze in my polycythemia diagnosis. You wouldn’t say chemo unless you are taking hydroxyurea (that actually is a chemo agent as opposed to the other MPN meds). I think I have occasionally entered the diagnosis under both blood disorder and the cancer section. If so, I don’t say MPN, because they will pick up on the polycythemia, thrombocythemia, or myelofibrosis more quickly, and an EMT would google that on their apps quickly and be able to see if you are a clot risk (if they were called in emergency where they would be ruling out stroke, heart attack, or blood clot evidence). So, under blood disorder, that might apply better on the ID bracelet. That’s my opinion anyway. Of course, MPNs are cancers and could also be noted under “cancer” at the same time.
