Pain and MPNs: Causes and Management Read Article...

While pain, including bone pain, can be a symptom of MPNs, your pain is rather localised and probably it is better if you can see a doctor. I do have bone pain frequently, I might have bone pain on a side of the body, but it usually passes fast. Bilateral pain and more extensive pain are more the rule for me.
So if you have the possibility and can afford it, it is maybe worth seeing a doctor about this pain. You also describe something that sounds like more acute pain, and this is also an indication it is better to ask a doctor about it.

Hope you get to see a good specialist and get medical support for your hip and low back pain.
